Once you have received your pack all you have to do is to commit to raising £395 (or more!) for The Martlets Hospice by asking your friends and colleagues to sponsor you.

Please do not be put off by this amount - if you ask everybody you know to sponsor you, you will find you can quite easily raise the minimum sponsorship of £395 and remember, every penny you raise over the minimum will be further contributing to The Martlets Hospice and giving you the chance to make an exhilarating freefall parachute jump for FREE

Please note: To book your place on a skydive You MUST fill out a Reservation Form in the application pack and pay the required £70 deposit.
